My top three adventures in life so far include: riding my Dad’s too-big-for-me bicycle across America, empowering young girls in Cusco through sport, and becoming a dog mom.
My first door into the healing arts over a decade ago was through yoga, starting out as a nice complement to my active and athletic lifestyle. When I lost my young father suddenly to pneumonia at age 25, I found myself practicing daily, working through profound grief and big questions about life, death, and our purpose between the two. I began to deepen my practice and study with healers, mystics and Shamans from all over the world.
In 2014 I opened Yoga Room Cusco, a project that touched the lives of locals and expats for three years. After living abroad for nearly a decade in Peru and Spain, I moved to Boulder, Colorado with my two dogs and two cats to further my development in the healing arts.
I graduated from the Boulder Massage Therapy Institute and have since been immersed in the rigorous training program of Visionary Craniosacral Work (VCSW) through the Milne Institute. This work is a powerful medicine; a practice deeply rooted in science and ancient healing traditions. What unfolds in a session is a healing tonic for your nervous system.
After a profound mythical journey in Ireland, myself and the girls (my dogs Nahla, Lucy & Charlie Bear), have moved to Portland, Maine. The pack has since added a kitten, Rue and a puppy named Moss Man.
I am passionate about being of service to my community. It has never been “just a yoga practice” or “just a massage” to me. It is truly so much more. Movement and relaxation can help us access an internal river of peace, calm and awareness. Centered from this place we thrive, vibrant and alive.
Please feel free to reach out to me to chat or schedule an appointment. I look forward to meeting you.
